PICO, a well-known name in the VR space, approached me with a tight ask: create an animated product video - fast. I was given a single shot and just two days to build out the entire piece in the same visual style. That kind of timeline would normally be a non-starter. But with the help of generative AI, I was able to expand the visuals, animate UI elements, and deliver a polished result on schedule. It’s a clear example of how AI can be a powerful production partner - saving time, cutting costs, and making the impossible… possible.

Production Process_
To create the animation, I started with the single reference shot PICO provided. Using After Effects and Photoshop, I modified the image to fit the needs of the new video—adding various elements into the shot to build out the scene. I then used Sora to generate additional frames, using the modified image as a visual reference to maintain consistency.
For camera movement, I wanted the animation to feel dynamic and engaging. To achieve that, I used both Higgsfield and Runway to generate motion and shot variations. Once the footage was ready, I brought everything back into After Effects, tracked the shots, and layered in subtle UI animations.
For sound and voiceover, I used Suno to generate a cinematic music track and Eleven Labs to bring the narration to life. The result is a fast-moving, AI-assisted production that blends motion design, storytelling, and smart tools—delivered in just two days.
