The original bullet time sequence from The Matrix revolutionized visual effects—so I challenged myself to recreate it using only AI tools. No camera rigs, no actors, no green screens. Just a suite of generative tools and some creative hacking.
And since AI was calling the shots this time, it felt only right to let an AI agent be the one dodging the bullets.

Animation Process_
The animation started with still images, which I generated and refined using AI tools. I used Runway’s Motion Brush and keyframe tools to animate the camera move and bring the scene to life. Since there was no traditional 3D setup, I layered depth and movement manually—blending AI-generated elements with hand-tuned motion to mimic the iconic bullet time effect. The result is a fully AI-driven shot that still feels cinematic and dynamic.
